معرفی کنفرانس

The conference aims to encourage dialogue within the
IT sector on how to improve the IT Service Management using IT Governance
processes. In addition, it aims to provide a forum to interact with national
and international experts. It provides a unique opportunity and forum for
researchers of all respective disciplines to come together and discuss recent
achievements and future challenges in IT sector. The conference, to be held
on May 19-20, 2009 in Móstoles - Madrid,
organized by itSMF-España (www.itsmf.es) in collaboration with Rey Juan
Carlos University
(www.urjc.es).
